2. Description of Service

BiFit AI is a fitness and nutrition tracking application that provides:

  • Workout plans for cardio, abs, arms, legs, chest, and back.
  • Nutritional information search for food items, including calories, protein, sugar, and other ingredients.
  • Barcode scanning functionality using the Edamam Food Scan API to retrieve food details.
  • Tracking of exercise steps, activities, and workouts.

The App is intended to provide general fitness and nutritional guidance for educational purposes only.


2. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions, including:

  • Custom Workout Plans

    • Monthly subscription

    • Yearly subscription

  • Food Scanner & Food Search

    • Monthly subscription

    • Yearly subscription

Subscription availability, pricing, and duration are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

3. Free Trials

BiFit AI may offer free trials for certain subscriptions:

  • Free trials allow temporary access to subscription features at no charge.

  • Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

  • Free trials are subject to Apple’s policies and may change or be removed at any time.

4. Payment & Renewal

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Apple ID → Subscriptions in your device settings.

5. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

The App is intended for general fitness and informational purposes only.

  • BiFit AI does not provide medical advice.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any workout, diet, or nutrition program.

  • We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from use of the App.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes

  • Provide accurate information when required

  • Not misuse, copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, logos, designs, text, and software in BiFit AI are owned by [Your Company Name] or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

8. Termination

4. User Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App.
  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any personal information or data you input into the App, such as weight, height, or dietary preferences.
  • Use of Barcode Scanner: The barcode scanning feature relies on third-party services (Edamam Food Scan API). BiFit AI is not responsible for inaccuracies or unavailability of data provided by third-party APIs.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Third-Party Services

BiFit AI integrates with the Edamam Food Scan API to provide nutritional information via barcode scanning. Your use of this feature is subject to Edamam’s terms of service and privacy policy. BiFit AI is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.
